Exit Review
Every year, the School of Visual Art and Design reviews the portfolios of graduating seniors. This review is a final check of their industry preparedness, but more recently it has become a means of documenting the outcomes for almost every program in the art school. This documentation is then reported to the university for their records and accreditation standards. The Exit Review application was created to standardize the evaluations and provide a centralized storage for reporting.
The program allows professors to manage and administer reviews. A student must first be created through the website in order for evaluators to be assigned to that student.

Once evaluators are assigned to a student, they may fill out the evaluation. The evaluation automatically tallies the score as the evaluator fills out the application.

As forms are filled, a report is generated showing the composite score from all evaluators as well as individual scores from each evaluator.
